…Reports to the Drilling Supervisor and also works with the field members of the Materials Department. He performs these assignments under the supervision of the Drilling Supervisor at the Rig site.
1. Provides material inventory lists and coordinates with the warehouse, the material stocks at the rig site.
2. Communicates with Staging Base for transportation movements.
3. Checks all deliveries to and from the rig sites and insures proper paper work for materials transferred.
4. Assists the Drilling Supervisor in any materials related activities as required.
5. Updates Weatherford Rental Equipment usage sheet monthly.
6. Installs casing equipment during cement jobs.
7. Controls and documents all transfers of material between wells for the sake of maintaining the cost accuracy.
8. Supervises / monitors diesel received on location.
9. Completes and sends the Equipment Spreadsheet report to Materials and Drilling Departments.
10.___/ English interpreter for Drilling Supervisor and other rig site personnel.
11. Assists in filing reports, invoices and paper work.
