This Standard provides a list the approvals and documentation required before commencement of operations.
Prior to commencement of operations the following documents/approvals shall be at the location:
1. Rig acceptance report
2. An approved Well Operations Programme
3. Emergency Response Plan including BOCP (Blow Out Contingency Plan)
4. A Well Control Procedure (this may be supplied by the Drilling/Completion/Work-Over Contractor but shall have been approved as in compliance with GDF SUEZ EPI rules)
5. Oil Spill Contingency Plan
6. Offshore; Shallow Gas Contingency Procedures (Category 1 and 2 locations) Refer to WOR 31 – Shallow Gas
7. Hydrogen Sulphide Contingency Procedures (Category 1 and 2 locations) Refer to WOR 32 – H2S
8. When applicable the GDF SUEZ EPI DOP approved Combined Installation Safety Case and Simultaneous Operation Safety Case
9. When applicable local authority approval to locate the rig
10. When applicable local authority approval for well operations
