Check volumes based on open hole, casing size(s); cement string and drill pipe. Confirm type of fluid in hole and actual bottom hole temperature. Communicate all data to rig personnel.
Ensure thickening time for Magna+ / cement slurry checks are correct and slurry compatibility test is done.
Check displacement volume based on actual cement string length.
Keep sample of mixing water, Magna+/ cement slurry.
Ensure weighted spacer is used.
