1. Hold safety meeting with crews before starting running the liner and report in iadc.

2. Make up plug dropping head on drifted single and lay in v door.

Prepare 10m of chicksan lines.

3. Make up and bakerlock shoe track. Test floating equipment

Make up torques:

Min      ft.lbs

Opt      ft.lbs

Max     ft.lbs

Rih 4 1/2" liner according to running list, filling up each joint.

Ensure that alternate lh and rh centralisers are used.

4. Make up liner hanger and running tool.

Record weight up =

Weight down =

Check number of joints left on deck

5. Install td, break circulation slowly and increase to 500 l/min max circulating pressure = 50 bar

Pick up string and check liner hanger for leaks. Circulate 2.5 m3 (120% liner content).

7. Install dp wiper.

Rih on 425 m 3 1/2" dp. Fill up dp every stand. Do not allow string to turn.

Restrict running speed to +/ 15 stands /hr.

Space out string for approx. 1 m overstand, no d.p. tool joints positionned in the bop. Drift pupjoints.

8. Install plug dropping head, break circ slowly and wash down last single

Do not exceed 50 bar pressure.

Max circ rate = 500 l/m

9. Record weight up =

Weight down =

10. Tag bottom at 4288 m.

11. Circulate 42.5 m3 (120% liner + string content), while reciprocating the string.

If circulating pressure is more than 50 bar make sure the shoe is at the correct depth (4287 m) before increasing the flow rate.

12. Make up surface lines and p/test to 300 bar.

13. Insert 1.5" bronze setting ball.

Pump down at 150 l/m until it seats.

Set liner with 100 bar. (actual =         bar).

Whilst maintaining pressure, lower string to check setting.

Slack off liner weight plus an additional 5-10 tonnes

14. If set, shear out seat with +/ 175 bar. (actual = bar)

Circulate 112 m3 (b/u + 20%)

Perform circulation test

400 l/m = ___ bar

500 l/m = ___ bar

600 l/m = ___ bar

700 l/m = ___ bar

800 l/m = ___ bar

Check losses

15. Set string in slips.

Release setting tool with 25 right hand turns.

16. Connect cement line and cement liner.
